The National Business Review (NZ) explains:
A complaint made against a Hell Pizza billboard featuring US President George Bush has been partially upheld by the Advertising Standards Complaints Board (ASCB).The ASCB is part of the New Zealand system of advertising self-regulation.
The advertisement featured Mr Bush and the words "Hell. Too good for some evil bastards".

Chicagoans would be disappointed in Kiwi pizza, but not its advertising. The big telecom had an ad a couple years ago about a guy's day as set to popular songs. At one point he ran past a set of TVs in a department store window all tuned to Bush. The song for the moment was Green Day's American Idiot.
I love New Zealand.
