A DuPage County state lawmaker was charged with drunken driving early Wednesday morning in Springfield.Out drinking past midnight on a Tuesday... now that's good legislating.
State Rep. Bob Biggins, an Elmhurst Republican, was arrested and booked on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at roughly 1 a.m. Wednesday on the capital city's north side at North Eighth Street and North Grand Avenue.
