But it seems to me that, if I was running for governor of a state that has to advise pregnant women, children and women of childbearing age to avoid eating fish from every lake, river and stream in the state due to mercury contamination, I would not begin a sentence about mercury regulation with: "I like clean air but..."But, like I said, I'm just an amateur.
