Even though all you say is true...and more, please keep in mind that face-punching is a usually illegal and universally not constructive method of conflict resolution.
It was either Ron Artest or Rodney King, I just can't remember which who said "Can't we all just get along?" At least I'm pretty sure it wasn't Mike Tyson.

I believe there has been a misunderstanding.
I do not intend to punch Mr. Mariotti in the face in order to resolve a conflict. I intend to punch him in the face so that I can then punch him in the belly.
